Minimum Balance Requirement

To start a ride, your account must have a minimum balance of RM35.
This is not a deposit and is used solely to activate the service. No additional deposit is required.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
 The ride is completed - based on the selected trip type.
10% administrative charges.

The vehicle is returned to the correct, designated location.
 

Trip Type & Charges

Easy Motorbike now operates on a distance-based pricing model:

• RM1.00 per kilometer
• Minimum fare: RM3.00 (covers up to 3km)

Refund Process

If your ride qualifies, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Vehicle is not returned to the correct location
• Ride is incomplete or cancelled without a valid reason
• Unreported damages or misuse of the vehicle
