We offer RM3.00 for the first 3km and subsequent km are charged at RM1.00/per km. The distance starts the moment you start riding the electric motorbike.

You can pay via credit/debit cards

Please refer to the app for the latest pricing and promotions. In general, rides start from as low as RM1.00 per km.

In order to start the journey, a RM20.00 test charge may be applied to validate your payment method.

You can attach a credit/debit card to top-up Easy Motorbike credits, which will be used to pay for your trip upon completion.

Currently, we only accept credit/debit cards.

This means a payment attempt failed or the credit in your account was insufficient. Reload your credits to continue riding.

Yes, all riders are covered by rider protection insurance automatically with every trip.

You may only ride on approved destination locations and within the riding zones.

Speed is capped at 85KM/H, with automatic reductions between 45–65KM/H when the motorbike batteries drop below 50%. Your app and the dashboard on the motorbike will notify you when the battery percentage level.

Report the incident via email, WhatsApp, or in-app support with location and time. We'll take action immediately.

We may reduce vehicle speed remotely and suspend the account pending review. Further action, including permanent bans, may follow.

Go to 'Profile' in the app, submit your detailsl.

Return the motorbike to the destination parking location to end your trip.

Yes, a valid motorcycle license is required.

Test the front and rear brakes. If faulty, rate the vehicle 1-star with a note and choose another unit.

Use the app, email, or WhatsApp to report any issues. Verified reports are rewarded with Easy Motorbike credits.

End the trip immediately. You won’t be charged, and we'll ensure a full refund if needed.
